California Cobb Salad


This is a healthy option for a weeknight dinner! You can add or eliminate any ingredients you want to this recipe, but these ingredients are our favorite!
California Cobb Salad

  • Mixed greens or chopped romaine lettuce
  • Chopped cooked chicken breast
  • Sliced hard boiled egg
  • Halved cherry tomatoes
  • Sliced avocado
  • Crumbled blue cheese
  • Crumbled cooked bacon
  • Vinaigretteor ranch dressing

Assemble a large salad for everyone to dip into or individual salads. If using vinaigrette, toss greens lightly invinaigrette in a separate bowl before plating.
Place greens in center of plate. Assemble ingredients around the greens to make a beautiful presentation. Sprinkle with fresh cracked pepper. If using ranch, drizzle over greens immediately before serving.
