This is a healthy option for a weeknight dinner! You can add or eliminate any ingredients you want to this recipe, but these ingredients are our favorite!
California Cobb Salad
Mixed greens or chopped romaine lettuce
Chopped cooked chicken breast
Sliced hard boiled egg
Halved cherry tomatoes
Crumbled blue cheese
Crumbled cooked bacon
Vinaigrette or ranch dressing
Assemble a large salad for everyone to dip into or individual salads. If using vinaigrette, toss greens lightly in vinaigrette in a separate bowl before plating.
Place greens in center of plate. Assemble ingredients around the greens to make a beautiful presentation. Sprinkle with fresh cracked pepper. If using ranch, drizzle over greens immediately before serving.
